Refund & Payment Policy

Whole Body Recode

Whole Body Recode provides somatic movement services for educational and personal development purposes. Services are not medical, psychological, or mental health treatment, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Individual results vary.

Purchase of any session package constitutes agreement to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation Prior to First Session

Clients may request a full refund of their session package if written notice is provided at least 72 hours prior to the first scheduled session.

Refund requests submitted less than 72 hours before the first session are not guaranteed and will be reviewed at the discretion of Whole Body Recode.

2. Minimum Commitment Period

Somatic movement work is process-oriented and may require multiple sessions before meaningful changes become apparent.

Purchase of a session package constitutes agreement to complete a minimum of three (3) sessions prior to requesting a partial refund.

3. Partial Refunds After Three Sessions

If, after completing the first three sessions, a client determines the services are not a good fit, a written request for partial refund may be submitted within 7 days of the third session.

If approved, refunds will apply only to unused sessions and will be calculated as follows:

The total package fee will be divided evenly by the total number of sessions included in the package.
The value of completed sessions will be deducted from the original package fee.
Any remaining balance will be refunded.

No refunds are issued for sessions already completed.

4. Definition of Unused Sessions

Unused sessions are sessions that have not been attended.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions (“no-shows”), may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund.

Packages are non-transferable and may not be shared.

5. Payment Plans & Third-Party Financing

Session packages purchased through third-party financing providers, including Klarna via Wix, are subject to the same refund structure outlined above, with the following additional terms:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment provider.
Processing fees and third-party transaction fees are non-refundable.
Whole Body Recode is not responsible for policies, timelines, interest charges, or decisions made by third-party financing providers.
Clients remain responsible for any agreements entered into with financing providers.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of written approval.

6. Scope of Practice

Services provided by Allison Payne through Whole Body Recode are movement-based and educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or licensed healthcare treatment. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate medical or mental health care as needed.

7. Right to Discontinue Services

Whole Body Recode reserves the right to discontinue services if a client’s needs fall outside the scope of practice, if professional boundaries are not maintained, or if continuation of services is deemed inappropriate. In such cases, refunds for unused sessions will be issued consistent with this policy.
