Whole Body Recode and all related sessions, workshops, writings, and educational materials are designed for personal awareness, nervous system education, and self-regulation support.
This work is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare or mental health provider.

Under California law (AB 630), any person offering psychotherapy services must provide a Notice to Clients about their licensing status and complaint process. Whole Body Recode operates outside the scope of psychotherapy and does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any physical or mental health condition.

If you are currently under the care of a licensed medical or mental health professional, please continue that relationship. Somatic education can be a supportive complement, but it should never replace or delay necessary medical or psychological treatment.
